Aglio Olio Sauce

⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
6-7 large gralic cloves, minced
4-5 anchovy fillets
Red pepper flakes, to taste
5-6 springs fresh thyme, leaves only, finely chopped
8-10 springs fresh parsley, leaves only, finely chopped
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste


Place a large skillet over medium low heat and add the olive oil.
Add the anchovies, garlic, and pepper flakes to the oil and break up the anchovies with a wooden spoon until they melt away into the oil.
Add the thyme and and parsley,season with salt and pepper to taste, and saute for 2 more minutes.

Add about 4 servings of pasta to the skillet, toss and serve.
